Terms of Service

1. The service

WaveDrop Studio provides desktop tools for creating music videos, organizing release metadata and schedules, and publishing user-selected content to connected third-party services such as YouTube. Features may change as the application develops.

2. User accounts and authorization

Users are responsible for their Google and YouTube accounts and for keeping their devices secure. Connecting YouTube authorizes only the permissions shown during Google's OAuth flow. Users may revoke access at any time through Google Account settings.

3. Content and rights

Users retain their rights in content they process or upload. By using the app, the user confirms that they own or have permission to use and publish all audio, artwork, names, descriptions, tags, and other materials involved. The user is solely responsible for copyright, licensing, credits, and other third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not use WaveDrop Studio to:

• violate law, regulation, copyright, privacy, or third-party rights;
• upload deceptive, malicious, abusive, or unauthorized content;
• circumvent Google, YouTube, platform, quota, or security restrictions; or
• misrepresent the origin, ownership, or authorization of content.

5. Third-party services

YouTube publishing is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, Google policies, and the user's agreements with those services. WaveDrop Studio does not control the availability, moderation, quotas, or decisions of third-party services.

6. Availability and warranty

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every upload, schedule, conversion, third-party connection, or generated metadata result will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Users should review all output before publishing and keep backups of source files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaveDrop Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the application, loss of files, failed or unintended publishing, account actions by a third party, or changes to external services.

8. Termination

Users may stop using the application at any time, disconnect their YouTube channel, revoke Google authorization, and uninstall the application. Access may be limited when necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect product or legal changes. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the revised terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
